Consent to personal data processing

English translation of the Russian document. Both versions describe the same processing and consent terms.

Updated 18 October 2026 · version 2026-10-18-v1

By selecting the separate consent checkbox and submitting a request on sfprod.dev, I freely and voluntarily consent, in my own interest, to Meda Sibiri LLC (ООО «Меда Сибири»), INN 7017484257, OGRN 1217000004066, office 21, building 2, 161b Altayskaya Street, Tomsk, Tomsk Region, 634021, Russia, processing the personal data I provide to handle my request, provide technical support and respond.

Data covered

Email address, game account nickname and its internal ID, topic, conversation text, game version, request time, and the date and version of consent. Technical request information and a salted hash of the IP address are processed to protect the form. Data is received from me through the form; the nickname is checked against registered accounts.

Processing activities and methods

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use to handle requests, access restriction, deletion and destruction. Data is processed automatically and by the controller’s authorised staff. It is not intended for public distribution or marketing. The current storage server is hosted in Germany by Play2Go; its actual location is described in the personal data processing policy.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent lasts until the processing purpose ends, but for no more than one year after the last message, or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw it by sending a request to 1@meadrf.ru with the subject “Personal data sfprod.dev”, or by writing in my conversation on this site. If there is no independent legal basis for further processing, the data must be deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was received.

The form cannot be submitted without a separate consent selection. Visiting the site, accepting the policy or completing a CAPTCHA does not by itself constitute consent.
